       ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியமான, டி.ஆர்.பி., அறிவித்த தேர்வுகள், உரிய தேதியில் நடத்தப்படாமல், பலமாதங்களாக கிடப்பில் போடப்பட்டுள்ளன.இதனால், தேர்வு பணிகளை, டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி.,யிடம் ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டும் என்ற, கோரிக்கை எழுந்துள்ளது.

          அரசு பள்ளிகள், கல்லுாரிகள் மற்றும் பாலிடெக்னிக்களில், ஆசிரியர்கள், உதவி பேராசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் விரிவுரையாளர்களை நியமிக்க, டி.ஆர்.பி., என்ற, ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியமானது, தேர்வு பணிகளை மேற்கொள்கிறது.பள்ளி கல்வி துறையின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் செயல்படும், டி.ஆர்.பி., நடத்திய, பல தேர்வுகளில் பிரச்னைகள் ஏற்பட்டு, நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்குகள் குவிந்துள்ளன. அத்துடன், தேர்வுகளில் முறைகேடு நடந்ததாகவும், புகார்கள் எழுந்துள்ளன.அதற்கேற்ற வகையில், அரசு கல்லுாரி விரிவுரையாளர் பணிக்கான தேர்வில், 200க்கும் மேற்பட்ட தேர்வர்களின் மதிப்பெண்கள் திருத்தப்பட்டு, தரவரிசையில் அவர்கள் முன்னிலை பெற்றனர்.இதை, மற்ற தேர்வர்களே கண்டுபிடித்து, டி.ஆர்.பி.,க்கு புகார் எழுதியதால், அந்தத் தேர்வு ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டு, போலீஸ் விசாரணை நடந்து வருகிறது.அதேபோல, ஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்விலும், 200 பேரின் மதிப்பெண்கள் திருத்தப்பட்டதாக புகார் எழுந்தது.

       இதில் விசாரணை நடந்தபின், எட்டு பேரின் விடை தாள்களில் முறைகேடு நடந்தது கண்டறியப்பட்டு உள்ளது.இந்தப் பிரச்னைகளால், டி.ஆர்.பி.,யின் ஆண்டறிக்கையில் அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட, அனைத்து தேர்வுகளும் கிடப்பில் போடப்பட்டுள்ளன.

        வேளாண் பயிற்றுனர் பதவிக்கு, 25 காலியிடங்களுக்கு, ஜூலை, 14ல் தேர்வு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டும் நடக்கவில்லை.அரசு பாலிடெக்னிக் விரிவுரையாளர் பணிக்கு, ஆக., 4ல் அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட தேர்வும் நடைபெறவில்லை.அரசு கல்லுாரி உதவி பேராசிரியர் பணிக்கு, 1,883 காலியிடங்களுக்கு, ஜூனில் நடத்த வேண்டிய தேர்வு; உதவிதொடக்க கல்வி அதிகாரி பணிக்கு, 57 இடங்களுக்கு, செப்.,15ல் நடத்தப்பட வேண்டிய தேர்வும் நடத்தப்படவில்லை.அதேபோல, ஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்வு, அக்.,6ல் நடத்தப்படும் என்றும், இதற்கான அறிவிக்கை, ஜூலையில் வெளியாகும் என்றும் கூறப்பட்டது. இந்த அறிவிக்கையும் வெளியாகவில்லை.

    இப்படி எல்லா தேர்வுகளும் நடத்தப்படாமல் முடங்கி கிடப்பதால், கல்வி துறையில் காலியிடங்கள் அதிகரித்து, பணிகளில் சுணக்கம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.எனவே, முறைகேடு பிரச்னைகளை களையும் வரை, டி.ஆர்.பி.,யின் தேர்வு பணிகள் அனைத்தையும், டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி.,யிடம் ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டும் என, கல்வியாளர்களும், பட்டதாரிகளும் கோரிக்கை விடுத்துஉள்ளனர்.

ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் மூலம் காலியாக உள்ள வட்டார கல்வி அதிகாரிகள் பணியிடங்களுக்கு விரைவில் தேர்வு...

65 வட்டார கல்வி அதிகாரிகள், ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் மூலம் விரைவில் நியமிக்கப்படுவார்கள் என்று கல்வித்துறை அதிகாரி ஒருவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

அரசு தொடக்கப்பள்ளிகளில் வேலை பார்த்து வரும் இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்களில் 56 பேர் கடந்த கல்வி ஆண்டில் (2017-2018) ஓய்வு பெற்றனர். 240 பள்ளிகளில் மாணவர் சேர்க்கை அதிகரித்து உள்ளது. அதிகபட்சமாக 80 மாணவர்கள் வரை அதிகரித்துள்ளது. தொடக்க கல்வி இயக்குனரின் கீழ் தொடக்க கல்வி இணை இயக்குனர்கள், மாவட்ட தொடக்க கல்வி அலுவலர்கள், உதவி கல்வி அதிகாரிகள் ஆகியோர் பணி புரிந்து வந்தனர். 

இப்போது அந்த முறை அடியோடு மாற்றப்பட்டு விட்டது. தொடக்க கல்வி இயக்குனர் கீழ் தொடக்க கல்வி இணை இயக்குனர்கள், வட்டார கல்வி அதிகாரிகள் (முன்பு உதவி கல்வி அதிகாரிகள் என்று அழைக்கப்பட்டவர்கள்) ஆகியோர் உள்ளனர். ஆனால் மாவட்ட கல்வி அதிகாரிகள், முதன்மை கல்வி அதிகாரிகள் ஆகியோரும் தொடக்க கல்வி இயக்குனர் மற்றும் பள்ளி கல்வி இயக்குனர், மெட்ரிகுலேஷன் பள்ளிகளின் இயக்குனர் ஆகியோருக்கு கீழும் பணியாற்றுவார்கள். அரசுபள்ளிகளில் 6-வது வகுப்பில் இருந்து ஆங்கிலவகுப்பு பல பள்ளிகளில் உள்ளது. 

மாணவர் சேர்க்கை இல்லாததால் அரசு பள்ளிகளில் எல்.கே.ஜி., யு.கே.ஜி. கொண்டுவரப்பட உள்ளது. சென்னை எழும்பூரில் உள்ள மாநில மகளிர் மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளியில் எல்.கே.ஜி. தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. விரைவில் அனைத்து அரசுபள்ளிகளிலும் எல்.கே.ஜி., யு.கே.ஜி. கொண்டுவரப்பட உள்ளது. அவ்வாறு ஆங்கில வகுப்புகள் கொண்டுவந்தால் கண்டிப்பாக மாணவர் சேர்க்கை அதிகரிக்கும். 

இப்போதைய நிலையில் 65 வட்டார கல்வி அதிகாரி பணியிடங்கள் காலியாக உள்ளன. அந்த பணியிடங்களை நிரப்ப நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இந்த பணிகளுக்காக எழுத்துத்தேர்வு நடத்துவது குறித்து விரைவில் ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் அறிவிப்பு வெளியிடும். இந்த தகவலை சென்னை நுங்கம்பாக்கம் டி.பி.ஐ. வளாக கல்வி அதிகாரிஒருவர் தெரிவித்தார்.
